Has anyone else read the new Christopher Paolini book? I think he is a good author although I found some of the chapters really graphic in the battle descriptions. It's good though. A little slow in some spots, but the end moves and grooves and then ends!!! Hello! Book 4? I only hope it comes faster than this one.

I have really enjoyed this series too. I agree that Brisingr is a little more mature both in language and in content. I am really excited for the last book. I'm wondering how he is going to tie up all the different plot lines smoothly in only one more novel. We shall see...
I haven't read it yet but it is on my list. I'm not super excited about it b/c while I loved Eragon, Eldest was just horrible to get through. For me.
I thought it great, slow at times. I hope the 4th book comes out faster too.
