Just found this today. I love this book! And the movie looks like it might be pretty good - who doesn't like Brendan Frasier and Helen Mirren? You can tell the plot is a little different from the book, but I'm excited anyway. Good story. Has anyone else read it? Cat, I think you have -right?

Yes and I can't wait for her third book to come out. Thanks for sharing. You can't go wrong with Brenden Frazier. Has anyone else seen George of the Jungle, yeah, I'm a true fan.
Oh yes, Love him and George of the Jungle. It looks like the plot line of Meggie's mother was left out which kind of makes me sad. I am excited to see it though and for the thrid book to come out. I like Cornelia Funke's writing.
Hmmmm... This could be a good book for our club....
PS Have you heard dragonriders the audio book. It is read by Brenden Frasier and it is fantastic.
